Lea Skorin-Kapov - Biography

Lea Skorin-Kapov was born on August 10th, 1979 in Zagreb. She received her B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Zagreb in 2001 and 2004, respectively. For her Masters thesis entitled "Dynamic Adaptation of Quality of Service Parameters for Networked Virtual Reality Services" she was given the "Josip Lončar" award. Since 2001 she has been employed as a research engineer at the Research Department of Ericsson Nikola Tesla, working on projects in cooperation with the Department of Telecommunications, FER. In 2002 she was appointed as a research assistant in the area of technical sciences, field of electrical engineering, telecommunications and informatics studies. She is a member of the IEEE.
